Running is of the most focused physical activities that you could ever take on. It not only challenges your body but also your mind and your will. The ability to concentrate and find a rhythm in putting one step in front of the other is what running is all about. While to some runners Utah running races are about winning, to others they are about the accomplishment of finishing the race. So I have been following Mari Smith for years now and love all of her expert Facebook Tips at WhyFacebook.com. She has a 7-Day Facebook Marketing Tips optin box at the right hand side that you have to sign up for if you want to take your Facebook marketing to the next level.

She has a post I was just reading that I wanted to share with you called:

“Facebook News Feed and Wall: How To Control Privacy”

She teaches that there is a setting in the Facebook privacy area that controls exactly what gets published on your Wall and your friends’ new feed. Go to the “How to edit your News Feed and Wall settings:” area at here article post. Mari also gives tips on the Add a Friend, Show Wall posts, and Change relationship status Facebook settings.

I had no idea about these great tips she shared and I thought I knew a lot about Facebook.
